Born in the month of September 1968, always the youngest student in every class I attended in Romania endowed my life with a sense of no rush…
Self-development and self-education was not a norm those days however I had implemented an atomic habit to study every day a lesson in English. Why? Because I had a monthly subscription back in 1984 to the National Geographic magazine (thanks to my “American” Uncle) and because I wanted to impress everyone around me translating the American movies we got access to around 1980 through the VCR.
I was blessed with a childhood where I was seen, heard, liked, understood, appreciated (especially by my father) so I developed deep roots that gave me the strength to pursue my dreams.
From early age I envisioned becoming a teacher. My other ideal was to fall in love.
At the age of 18 I was a (non-graduated) teacher in an elementary school. This small fact was my entering visa to the United State at age 19 as teachers were welcomed to the USA even from a Communist country.
In his tiny little book “As a man thinketh in his heart so is he”, James Allen helped me understand the philosophy of the focused thought as a means to the circumstances one encounters with blessedness in their life are the result of his/her own mental harmony. In other words I must have always adjusted my inner world with the outer world because I always feel at home no matter where life takes me.
Here are a few of my many roles throughout my life: an entrepreneur of 20 years, an employee in management for 17 years, a grateful daughter, sister, mother, wife, friend, relative, colleague, coach, mentor.
For the last two decades I have been studying with the greatest experts in the world in personal development, human behaviour, entrepreneurship, success and fulfilment. Out of the six human needs my top two are Growth and Contribution. How am I meeting these needs? I am a Robbins-Madanes Trained Coach. Under my teachers Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha, and Magali Peysa, a professional member of the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology from 2018. An advocate of Mindfulness. Intuitively Speaking awareness of yourself and the world around you, brings a positive and major effect in your outside world.
My latest Vision is to bring awareness in Parenting. Why?
Because great parents are not born, they are made. The most important and valuable gift we can offer our children is to teach parents how to raise kind and happy children, with self-esteem, self worth and never let them carry their parents’ emotional luggage.
I believe that every person is a special enterprise on the part of God so being fully present in our daily interactions with each other, magic happens.
Carl Jung’s quote: “The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.”
The entrance to the temple of Delphi bore the inscription “Know thyself, then thou shalt know the Universe”. Mindfulness is a philosophy and a set of tools that teach and help us know ourselves better and train our awareness of how we relate to our own past and to other people. These three components make up a happy and peaceful life and contribute to success in all areas. I am passionate about Mindfulness because I have experienced firsthand its profound benefits on my own life and I want to share that gift with others.
